The wedding of Pam and Danny O’Quinn took place at The Foundation Event Facility in downtown Bristol, Tennessee. June 7th just happened to be a perfect day for a wedding, with clear blue skies and plenty of sun. Here are a few highlights from their big day!
We are privileged to photograph many unique weddings each year, but some are a little more unique than others. This event was no exception! There were a few things at this function that I hadn’t seen done before. It was our first wedding where the nearly all of photos were indoors (we brought in studio lighting), and the first time that dogs were part of the ceremony. Even with the venue packed with unfamiliar people, not a peep was heard from either pet! They performed their duties flawlessly! The festivities continued on into the night, with lots of dancing and revelry, along with a “convincing” Garth Brooks cover of “Sail My Vessel” by one of the groomsmen. The guy had Garth’s nuances down to a science. I was nearly in tears from laughing so hard! As the night wound down, the guests created a spectacular tunnel of sparklers for Pam and Danny’s exit. With the sidewalk lit like a Christmas tree, they departed for their honeymoon.
